とっておき情報
「あんずの里物産館」は、日本一のアンズの栽培地として知られる千曲市「あんずの里」の麓、科野の里歴史公園の向かいにある施設です。農産物と加工品の販売スペースの他、レストラン・おやきの加工施設もあります。
アンズは、年間を通していろいろな種類の干しアンズやジャムなどをとりそろえています。6月には生あんずも売られます。地元産の森食品のものと、トルコなどからの安価な輸入物があります。

～守り継がれた信仰と由緒～

聖観音坐像(県宝 鎌倉)
鼻筋が通ったスッキリしたお顔
衣のひだも多く、彫りが深い
阿弥陀如来坐像(江戸)
綺麗な整ったお顔
口を少し開けているのが印象的
肩の衣紋が綺麗に残っている
観音菩薩坐像(鎌倉)
蔵王権現立像(南北朝)
髪を逆立て怖いお顔
などなど、見所いっぱいでした
平安時代
日本でも有数の霊場として知られ、多くの修験者が目指した戸隠
神仏分離を経て、戸隠山顕光寺は戸隠神社へと改まり、現在に至る
また、歴史館のすぐ近くに
｢あんずの里物産館｣があり、
生あんずが販売されていたので、
あんず酒を作ろうと購入
梅酒は毎年作っていますが
あんず酒を作るのは初めて
出来上がる来年が楽しみです

土器や埴輪や土偶をイメージして
クッキーを製作してみました。
土偶が持っている アーモンドは
どんぐりに見立てています。
焼き方は 堅焼きになっています。
